Lost organizers: neon-orange folder

Today at 4:45 PM around the Lansing City Market, I realized my set of organizers was gone from my tote. It’s a small neon-orange folder with tabs and a few handwritten notes, the kind I rely on to stay on top of bills and meetings. I retraced my steps along the Market's brick paths and checked the benches near the Capitol entrance, but the area was crowded and no clue turned up. They’re not priceless, but they help me keep track of everything important in Lansing, and I’d love to have them back so I can stop scribbling reminders on scraps.
