Cream ceramic mixing bowl with blue rim

I lost my cream-colored ceramic mixing bowl yesterday around 3pm. It’s a 2-quart bowl with a bright blue rim and a delicate blue floral pattern on the inside. I left it on the counter near the Capitol entrance on Capitol Ave in downtown Lansing, after helping with a bake sale at the civic center. There’s a small chip on the rim and a faint pencil mark on the bottom with my initials 'P.P.' It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value, so I’m really hoping to get it back.
