I lost my blue hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm near the Lafayette Public Library on Main Street. It's about 8 inches tall with a glossy cobalt glaze and a delicate gold rim. There's a tiny star-shaped sticker on the bottom and a faint crack along the lip from a recent spill. The vase was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me, so I really need to get it back. One coin is a Barber dime with a tiny scratch near the date, and there’s a faded hand-written note in the pouch that says 'To Dad'. A small brass ship charm hangs from the zipper pull, which is a unique identifying feature. The back bears a maker's mark, 'A.L. 17', and a jute hanger loop is still attached. I lost my blue Wilson baseball glove yesterday around 3pm near the Lafayette City Park baseball fields, behind the concession stand by the bleachers on Main Street and 9th Ave. It's an 11.5-inch glove, mostly blue with black lacing and a small white scuff on the palm from last season. Inside the wrist there are 'LJ' initials written in white Sharpie, plus a tiny tear near the pinkie. There’s a small white star patch on the right foot and an inside tag that reads 'Rex'. This toy is my kid's favorite bedtime buddy and was a gift from grandma, so it has real sentimental value.
