Lost lamps in La Salle County, Illinois

Saturday afternoon around 3:30 I was tidying the living room when two brass lamps with ivory shades toppled behind the sofa and slipped into the shadows of our Ottawa home in La Salle County. They’re both a bit scuffed at the bases, with one shade having a tiny crack I hope isn’t serious. I spent the rest of the afternoon moving furniture, calling for the cat, and peeking under couches, but they vanished. I’ve walked along La Salle Street toward the riverfront and even checked Starved Rock State Park’s nearby access roads, hoping they wandered outside the house. If you spotted lamps matching that description around downtown Ottawa or near the Fox River, please think of me; I just want them back where they belong.
