Gold heart pendant on thin chain

Yesterday around 3:15pm I realized my gold heart pendant was missing near Market Square fountain in Knoxville. It’s a small 14k gold heart on a delicate 16-inch chain, with a tiny sapphire dot in the corner and a faint engraving of 'M' on the back. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it has huge sentimental value and I’m really hoping to get it back.
