Found a small budgie this afternoon around 3:45pm near Market Square in downtown Knoxville. It's a bright green budgie with a yellow chest, blue on the wings, and a tiny white patch on its forehead. A blue plastic leg band on the right leg reads 'AK7'. The bird seems healthy, chatty, and a bit curious, and it hopped onto my finger for a moment before fluttering back to the bench.
