Blue hardcover Sapiens with yellow note
I lost my blue cloth-bound hardcover edition of Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari yesterday around 3pm outside the Union Station entrance on 18th Street in Kansas City, MO. It's in decent shape, with a bit of wear along the spine and a coffee stain on the back cover. Inside the front cover there's a yellow sticky note with my initials PP, and the top-right corner is dog-eared from long reads on the streetcar. This book means a lot to me β it's a gift from my sister β and I really hope someone returns it. If you found it, please reach out; I can describe more distinguishing details to confirm.
Blue hardcover mystery novel found near KC library
I found a blue hardcover mystery novel this afternoon around 3:15 pm outside the Kansas City Public Library, Central Library, on 14 W 10th St in Kansas City, MO. It's about 320 pages, with a red ribbon bookmark tucked at chapter 7 and a yellow sticky note inside the cover that says 'For Sam'. The spine is a bit creased from use, clearly a well-loved book. I know someone will be missing this, and I'd love to help reunite it with its owner; it clearly belongs in the Books & Magazines section.

Blue hardcover fantasy novel with fox bookmark
I lost a blue hardcover fantasy novel yesterday around 3pm in Kansas City, in Union Station's Grand Hall near the main staircase after I grabbed a coffee at the station cafe. It's got a sky-blue cover with a small embossed silver fox on the spine and a bright orange tassel bookmark sticking out about a quarter-inch. Inside thereβs a faint coffee stain along the bottom edge, and the title page has a note I wrote that reads 'For Mom, keep reading' in my own handwriting. This book was a sentimental gift from my grandmother, so I really hope it turns up.
