Lost: Navy blue silk ties near Union Station
Hi, I'm Jamie Lee. I lost my navy blue silk tie with a thin silver stripe around Union Station in Kansas City at 4:10 p.m. yesterday. I had unpacked quickly after a meeting, set the tie on a bench by the information desk, and then grabbed my bag to make the train. When I looked back, it was gone. It’s the only tie I own that feels right for job interviews, and I’m anxious about the week ahead. If you found a neatly folded navy tie on or near the bench by the Union Station information desk, that’s probably mine.
Found Belts in Kansas City, MO
Today around 9:07 a.m., I found a belt behind a vendor stall in the City Market area of downtown Kansas City. It’s a brown leather belt with a brass buckle, a bit worn but still sturdy. I pictured the owner rushing between the bakery stalls and the fountain, searching for something they’ve misplaced, and felt a responsibility to reunite it with them. I’m keeping it safe here until the owner claims it, and I hope the rightful owner is reading this.

I lost my royal blue Nike running shorts, size L, yesterday around 3pm. I was jogging along Main Street by Union Station in Kansas City and stopped by the fountain to stretch, and I must have dropped them when I started running again. They're Nike Dri-Fit shorts, with a bold white swoosh on the left leg and a small red zip pocket on the back waistband. There's a faint snag on the left hem and a bright orange reflective strip inside the pocket—two little quirks that stand out if you're looking. They've got sentimental value for me—they were a gift from my sister and helped me train for a half-marathon. If anyone found them, I'd really appreciate getting them back.

I misplaced my favorite black Nike running shoes while jogging in Loose Park last Saturday. I remember stopping to tie my shoelaces near the rose garden, but when I continued my run, I forgot to grab them again. They are a size 10 and have some distinctive white stripes. If anyone has found them, I'd really love to get them back!
