Lost & found birds in Jonesboro

Found bright green budgie near Mall at Turtle Creek

I found a bright green budgie this afternoon around 3:45pm outside the Mall at Turtle Creek in Jonesboro. It hopped up onto my shoe and then perched on the bench by the bookstore, chirping softly as if used to people. It has a yellow face, blue-tipped tail feathers, and a tiny stainless steel leg band engraved 'AR-12' on its left leg.
