LOST: Holiday Decorations in Jonesboro, Arkansas
Last Friday around 5:30 p.m., I left my apartment at Birchwood Flats on Stadium Boulevard to grab groceries. I had just finished decorating the living room and set the holiday decorations by the front door to bring inside later. When I returned, the decorations were gone from the porch. They include heirloom ornaments from my grandmother and a string of warm lights that mean a lot to me. I would be grateful to anyone who saw them or picked them up by mistake. They are truly irreplaceable.
Lost Holiday Decorations near Craighead Forest Park
I was decorating for the holidays on Friday around 6:15 p.m., standing on the front porch of my apartment on S. Main Street, not far from the Jonesboro Public Library. A gust of wind rattled a lightweight box, and I must have left it there as I rushed inside to grab more ornaments. The box holds a mix of keepsakes I treasure: silver star ornaments, a garland, a string of warm white lights, and two bright red bows from last year. I’m anxious because those decorations were for a family gathering this weekend, and I’m hoping they’re somewhere on the porch steps or slipped behind the railing near Craighead Forest Park.
