Found a blue ceramic vase with intricate floral designs in a park in Janesville.

I found a gorgeous blue ceramic vase while walking in a park in Janesville. It has intricate floral designs all over and seems to be quite unique. I'm not sure how long it had been there, but I want to make sure the owner can get it back. I've tried asking around, but no one claims it. If you think it might be yours, please reach out!
