I found this morning around 9:15am along the Riverwalk near the Friendship Fountain in downtown Jacksonville. It's a small black zippered pouch about 6x4 inches, made of nylon, with an eye-catching orange zipper pull and a tiny enamel dolphin pin on the outside. Inside there's a black USB-C cable, a compact white power bank, and a crumpled coffee-shop receipt. The pouch looks gently used but intact, and the river breeze carried a faint citrus scent. I lost my favorite purple umbrella with a floral pattern while walking through Jacksonville last week. I last remember having it as I entered the cafe on 5th Street. I really hope someone finds it because it was a gift from my grandmother and holds sentimental value.
