Brass pocket compass with dragon engraving
I lost my brass pocket compass yesterday around 3pm near the State Theatre on State Street in Ithaca. It’s a tiny 1-inch compass with a warm patina and a dragon engraving on the back, plus faint initials 'AF' etched inside the lid and a frayed red ribbon threaded through the loop. The thing is sentimental—my grandfather gave it to me, and I’ve worn it on countless walks since. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back. Happy to meet near the State Theatre or at the Commons to pick it up.

Category: Other Miscellaneous Items. I lost my blue Hydro Flask 32 oz bottle yesterday around 3pm near the Ithaca Commons on State Street, outside the Moosewood Restaurant area. It’s a tall powder-blue bottle with a dent on the bottom-right and a black sport cap. A white 'ADK Trails' sticker is halfway up the side, and there’s a small carabiner clipped to the lid. There’s a faint coffee ring around the rim from today’s coffee, and you can tell it’s mine by the dent and sticker. This bottle is my daily carry and has sentimental value since it was a gift from my aunt. If you found it, please email [email protected]. I’d be forever grateful.

I found a beautifully hand-painted mug while walking back from the Ithaca Commons yesterday. It has intricate designs in blue and green and looks quite special, possibly handcrafted. I was out in Ithaca last weekend having a picnic by the water and I realized I left my favorite dish, a turquoise ceramic bowl, by the picnic area. It has a unique swirl pattern and is quite special to me. I'm really hoping someone might have seen it or picked it up.
