Lost my red North Face parka with a gray faux-fur hood yesterday around 4pm. I was strolling from the New Student Center toward the Pedestrian Mall near the Old Capitol, then popped into a cafe on College Street for a quick break. The coat is a men's medium, in good condition, with a small bleach stain on the left cuff and a bright blue zipper pull shaped like a pine cone. It has sentimental value - it was a gift from my mom last winter - and I really need it back before the next cold snap in Iowa City. If anyone found it, drop me a line and I will come pick it up.

I lost my red North Face parka with a detachable faux-fur hood yesterday around 3pm near the Chauncey Swan Parking Ramp off Market Street, by the Ped Mall in downtown Iowa City. It's a men's large, pretty well-worn but still keeps me warm, with a couple of scuffs on the zipper and a faint stain on the lower hem. A tiny blue enamel owl pin sits on the zipper pull—one of a kind and easy to spot. The parka has sentimental value; it was a gift from my grandmother, and I wore it every winter since she passed. If anyone found it, I’d be really grateful to get it back.

I found a blue umbrella with a bright sunflower sticker this afternoon around 3:45pm near the Englert Theatre in downtown Iowa City. It's a compact navy blue canopy with a black grip and a dented silver tip from windy days. The sunflower sticker is vivid and easy to spot, and there's a small white tag on the wrist strap with the initials 'A.H.' on it. The umbrella looks well used but sturdy, and I think it means a lot to whoever lost it. If you recognize it, I'd be happy to reunite it with you.
