Silver Fossil watch with blue dial

I found a silver stainless steel Fossil watch this morning around 9:15 am in the parking lot behind the Heartland Town Center on Main Street. It's a 42mm case with a blue dial, white markers, and a brown leather strap that's a bit worn. There's a tiny scratch near the 2 o'clock position and an engraving on the back that says 'To Sam'. I know it probably means a lot to someone and I'd really like to get it back to its owner—if you're missing a Fossil with that engraving, message me and we can arrange a pickup near the CVS at the center.
