Lost: Drones in Heartland, Florida
Hi, I’m Marissa Delgado. I lost my drones around 6:22 p.m. yesterday near the Heartland Community Park pavilion in Heartland, Florida. They’re two small quadcopters in a gray protective case, one with a blue stripe along the nose. I love using them for weekend shoots at the park and for local volunteering projects, so this feels personal and frustrating. I retraced the path from the parking lot to the boardwalk but didn’t see them, and I’m hoping someone picked them up and kept them safe.

It's a Sony HDR-CX405, palm-sized, in a slim black case with a red fabric wrist strap. It has a small dent on the bottom edge and a few faint scratches on the LCD screen, but it still records. It was a gift from my aunt, so the sentimental value is huge. You can spot it by the sticker with the initials 'PR' on the case and a bright blue microfiber cloth tucked inside the pouch. I was at Starline Café on Main Street, near the Heartland City Library, and I must have dropped it while juggling a coffee and my tote. It’s in a teal OtterBox Defender case, 128GB, with a visible crack along the top-right camera bump and a small pineapple sticker on the back. There’s a tiny dent at the bottom edge and the volume button is a bit stiff. This phone holds important work contacts and family photos; I really need it back. I realized they were missing after stopping to stretch; they might have fallen out of my pocket when I took my phone out.
