I lost my blue paperback copy of The Alchemist, a 1993 edition, this afternoon around 3pm near the Hattiesburg Public Library on Main Street. It's a well-loved book with a creased spine, a coffee stain on the back cover, and a bright yellow sticky note tucked inside that reads 'For future journeys' in my handwriting. There's a small red coffee ring on the edge of page 112, and a tiny dog-ear on page 78. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it's sentimental to me — I really need it back.
