I found a silver Yamaha flute in a black hard case this afternoon around 4:30pm near the Hartford Public Library on Main Street, by the bus stop. It looks gently used and seems to play fine when I flicked a quick test note. There are initials 'A.J.' engraved on the lip plate, and a small dent on the footjoint with a few light scratches along the case. The lining is red felt, and there's a tiny sticker inside the lid with a practice mark. If you’re the owner, I’d really like to get it back to you.

There's a star sticker on the headstock and a frayed green strap attached, easy identifying features. It has sentimental value - it was a gift from my grandfather, and I really need it back. I was loading out after a rehearsal yesterday around 3pm outside Hartford Stage on Main Street, near Bushnell Park, when my red Yamaha 5-piece drum set disappeared from the back of my SUV. It's in a black soft-shell case with a red zipper pull, and all the drums are in decent shape except for a few stick marks on the bass head. The snare has a tiny dent near the rim, and there's a panda sticker on the bass drum head plus my initials 'P.P.' scratched into the cymbal latch. This set means a lot to me—it was a gift from my mentor and I really need it back for upcoming gigs; if anyone finds it, I’d be forever grateful.
