Gold-tone bracelet with heart charm found near Hartford Library

I found a delicate gold-tone bracelet this afternoon around 3:15 pm outside the Hartford Public Library on Main Street. It's slim, about 6.5 inches long, with a small heart charm and a tiny engraving on the inside that reads 'M.G.' The clasp is a lobster style connector and shows a little wear, but it works and the bracelet still looks nice in daylight. It caught the sun and might have been worn recently, which makes me think someone is missing it and could be feeling a bit anxious.
