14k gold bracelet with heart and compass charms

I lost my 14k gold bracelet in Harrisonburg yesterday around 3pm. It's a delicate 7-inch chain with a tiny heart charm and a separate compass charm, both showing a bit of wear from daily use. On the back of the heart charm there's a small engraving 'A.N.'—it was a gift from my grandmother, so it means a lot to me and I really need to get it back. I last wore it near Court Square and around the East Market Street Farmers Market area, so it could have slipped off on the way home.
