Found black leather briefcase on a bench near Riverfront Park in Harrisburg containing some documents.

I found a black leather briefcase sitting on a bench near the riverfront park in Harrisburg yesterday evening. It looks fairly new and contains some documents, but I haven't looked closely at them....
