I found a pair of neon blue Nike swim shorts this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, near the main entrance by the old grandstand. They're men's size M, in pretty good shape with a crisp white Nike swoosh on the left leg and a black drawstring that’s a bit frayed from sun and chlorine. There’s a small interior pocket and a tiny red zipper pull that’s easy to grab, plus a faint chlorine scent that tells me they’ve been in the pool recently.
