Hi, I'm Marcus Bell. I found several GPS devices in Fredericksburg around 8:20 p.m. on Tuesday, near Hurkamp Park. They were inside a worn backpack that someone had probably set down or dropped, a mix of Garmin units and a small rugged trail device, all in a nylon case. The screens glowed faintly as I checked them, hoping to see something that could identify an owner.
