Vintage stamp collection, rare mint-condition issues
I was sorting my stamp collection yesterday around 3pm and stepped out for a quick coffee. When I got back, my red leather-bound binder—about 9x12 inches with a cracked spine and gold embossing on the cover—was gone from the glass display shelf in my Fredericksburg apartment on Princess Anne Street. Inside are roughly 120 stamps from the 1930s to the 1950s, mostly U.S. issues with a few German and British stamps, tucked into clear sleeves; a couple have light gum residue, and there’s a small blue binder clip with a handwritten note that says 'Patel' attached to the outer cover as an identifying marker. This collection means a lot to me—it's a family heirloom from my grandfather, and I'm really hoping it turns up soon. If anyone found it, drop me a message here so we can arrange pickup.
Pink unicorn plush with rainbow mane
I lost my pink-and-purple plush unicorn named Sparkle yesterday around 4pm near the Starbucks on Caroline Street in Old Town Fredericksburg. It's about 9 inches tall, from Wishful Kids, with a rainbow mane and a tiny blue star stitched on one ear. There's a small tear on the left hind leg. It has sentimental value—it's a gift from my late grandmother, and my daughter keeps asking for it back. If someone found Sparkle, I’d really appreciate getting it back; it would mean the world to us.
Neon green Nike running shoes with star sticker
Hey, I lost my neon green Nike running shoes yesterday around 3pm near the University of Mary Washington bookstore on College Avenue. They're size 9.5, slightly worn, with a small pink star sticker on the left lace and a scuff on the right toe from a curb hop last week. The uppers are neon green with a black swoosh and a white midsole. They mean a lot to me because they were a gift from my sister, and I’m really hoping to get them back. If you found them, please drop them at the Fredericksburg Police Station or reply here—thank you so much.
Framed abstract painting in teal frame
I found a framed abstract painting this afternoon around 1:45pm outside the Fredericksburg Visitor Center on Caroline Street. It's roughly 12 by 16 inches, acrylic on canvas, in a bright teal metal frame with a white mat. On the bottom right corner there's a small signature reading 'L. Chen', and there's a tiny sticker on the back from ArtSpot Fredericksburg with edition notes. The painting shows a sunset over a river with warm oranges and cool blues, and it really stood out as I walked by Old Town. The frame has a few light scuffs along the left edge, but overall it's in good condition. If this belongs to someone, I’d love to help get it back.
