Found leopard gecko near Walmart on Plank Road
I found a small leopard gecko this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Plank Road in Fredericksburg. It's about 3 inches long, sandy brown with dark brown spots, and a plump tail. It has a tiny white scar above its left eye and a small chip on the tail tip, which should help ID. It seems healthy and curious, and I slipped it into a ventilated tote with a little warm hide while I figure out the owner. If this is yours, reply here with details like color pattern and eye color, and you can reach me at [email protected].
Leopard gecko, sandy with blue-tinted tail
I lost my leopard gecko, Indigo, yesterday around 3pm. It’s a small gecko, about 4 inches long, sandy tan with irregular dark spots and a tail that’s got a faint blue tint. It has a tiny white crescent-shaped scar on its left hind toe and a slight kink in the tail. I last had him in his terrarium at our apartment on Hanover Street, but he slipped out through a window screen, and I’m really worried—Indigo is my daughter's rescue pet and has sentimental value. If you spot him near downtown Fredericksburg, please text me at (540) 555-0147 or email [email protected].
Found a small green tree frog near Fredericksburg park, Virginia.
I found a small green tree frog hopping around near the Fredericksburg park yesterday evening. It seems healthy and active, and I think it might have escaped from someone’s yard. If you're missing your little froggy friend, please reach out to me.
