Navy blue Samsonite suitcase with red tag
I lost my navy blue Samsonite 26-inch hard-shell suitcase yesterday around 3pm. It was dropped near the loading zone outside the Fredericksburg Amtrak Station on Lafayette Boulevard, just past the main entrance. The suitcase has a bright red luggage tag and a small mountain-range sticker on the back pocket; there’s a noticeable dent on the top corner. Inside are a few outfits and a framed photo—the gift from my grandmother—so this item has real sentimental value, and I’d be grateful to recover it.
Gray canvas tote with star patch found near station
I found a gray canvas tote this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Fredericksburg Amtrak Station on Princess Anne Street, near Riverfront Park. It's about 14 inches tall with a small star patch on the front and a blue fabric label that says 'URBAN NOMAD' stitched inside. Inside there are a spiral notebook, a pink USB drive, and a faded bus pass; the zipper works, and the strap is a bit frayed. I know how easy it is to miss something important in a bag like this. I found a black leather messenger bag while walking my dog near the park in Fredericksburg yesterday. It has some visible wear and tear, but overall it seems to be in good condition. Inside, I noticed a few personal items, including a notebook and what looked like a school ID. I’d love to return it to its owner as soon as possible.
