Navy blue Ava Laurent cocktail dress

I lost my navy blue Ava Laurent cocktail dress, size M, yesterday around 3pm after the show near the Weinberg Center for the Arts on West Patrick Street in Frederick. The dress is in good condition overall, but there's a tiny snag on the lower hem and a discreet silver heart-shaped pin sewn inside the left lining that's easy to miss. I wore it to a friend's wedding reception, and I set it down for a moment outside a cafe before walking toward Market Street. It has sentimental value - it's a gift from my sister - and I really need it back. If anyone finds it, please reach out; I'd be forever grateful.
