She was wearing a green North Face windbreaker, charcoal jeans, and white sneakers with a pink stripe. The last sighting was on College Avenue near the CSU campus in Old Town Fort Collins, just after Laurel Street, near the farmers market. I'm really worried—she's dealing with a medical condition that requires daily meds, and any information would mean the world to us.
