Navy fleece hoodie with palm-tree embroidery

I found a navy blue Columbia fleece hoodie this afternoon around 3pm in the parking lot behind the Hard Rock Cafe on Duval Street in Key West. It's a men's size L and has a small palm tree embroidery on the left chest with neon orange drawstrings at the hood. There's a faint coffee stain on the front pocket and a little wear on the cuffs from sea air and beach days. If the owner sees this, I'd be glad to return it—it's got a breezy island vibe and I’d love to get it back to whoever lost it.
