Found vintage Captain Kirk Star Trek action figure
I found this afternoon around 2:45pm behind the Fayetteville Public Library on Dickson Street. It's a vintage Star Trek action figure — Captain Kirk — from the 1970s Kenner line. It's about 3.75 inches tall, with a red shirt, blue pants, and a slightly faded paint job. There are a few identifying marks: a tiny chip on the chin and a small scuff on the knee. The figure's overall condition is pretty good for its age, considering it was just sitting on the sidewalk near the magazine racks. If someone recognizes it, email me at [email protected] to coordinate pickup.
Vintage coin collection in leather binder
Found a vintage coin collection this afternoon around 3pm tucked inside a leather binder near the Market House on Hay Street, downtown Fayetteville. It's a well-worn album with a cracked spine, filled with coins from the 1800s, including a few silver dimes and a copper large cent. On the outside, there’s a red wax seal stamped with the initials LK and a tiny drawing of a cat on a sticker near the corner—hard to miss. I’m hoping to reunite it with its rightful owner; this collection looks like a family heirloom, and it clearly means a lot to someone. If you’re missing it, message me with details about the binder or the coin list.
