Found Apple MacBook Air in blue sleeve near Fred Meyer
I found a MacBook Air 13-inch in a blue neoprene sleeve with a moose sticker on the lid. I found it this afternoon around 3:40 pm in the parking lot behind the Fred Meyer on College Road in Fairbanks. The laptop seems to be in decent shape—screen is clean, keyboard responsive, battery holds a charge when plugged in. There’s a small dent on the bottom left corner and the moose sticker is the lid’s only decoration. I didn’t see any owner contact info on the outside, so I’m posting here in case someone is missing it. If you can describe a couple of details (charger brand, or the wallpaper on the home screen), I’ll arrange a safe hand-off.
Beige fleece throw blanket with initials patch
I found this beige fleece throw blanket this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Fairbanks Public Library on Cushman Street, near the bus stop. It's a large, 60 by 80 inch blanket, in good condition with no tears or pilling. There's a tiny fabric patch sewn into the corner with the initials 'L.M.' and a faded red reindeer embroidery along the edge. It seems sentimental, not just a random blanket, so I figured someone might be missing it. If this sounds like yours, message me with the initials or describe the patch and we can arrange a quick handoff.
Mid-century walnut coffee table found
I found a mid-century walnut coffee table this afternoon around 2:30pm in front of the Fairbanks Public Library, 121 2nd Ave. It's a rectangular table, about 42 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 15 inches tall, with a lower shelf and a rich walnut finish. There are a few light scratches along the edges and a small dent on the top left corner. Under the bottom shelf there's a brass label that reads 'MCM 1967'. The legs still have tiny felt pads. It looks well-loved but sturdy. I know this piece probably belongs to someone who uses it daily, so if this is yours, reply here and we can figure out a pickup nearby.
Red 12-inch All-Clad skillet with red handle
Found a red-handled 12-inch All-Clad stainless skillet this afternoon around 4pm in the doorway of the Morris Thompson Cultural Center on 2nd Avenue, downtown Fairbanks. It's in pretty good condition, polished stainless with a bright red silicone handle, no lid, and a few light scratches from normal use. The bottom is stamped All-Clad and there’s a tiny dent near the rim that makes it easy to spot. If you think this might be yours, message me here and I’ll arrange a pickup near the Cushman Street entrance so you can grab it quickly.
Yellow DeWalt 20V drill with case
I lost my yellow DeWalt 20V cordless drill yesterday around 3pm outside the 7-Eleven on Cushman Street in Fairbanks. It was in a black plastic carrying case with a frayed blue strap, and the battery indicator shows two bars. There's a noticeable dent on the chuck and a small white paint speck on the grip. This drill is my go-to for home repairs and weekend projects; it was a gift from my dad, so it has sentimental value. If anyone finds it, please get in touch. I'd really appreciate getting it back.
Teal Makita 18V drill kit with two batteries
I was working on a shelf project yesterday around 3pm when my Makita 18V drill kit slipped from my belt and I can't find it now. It's teal with a black grip and a 1/2-inch chuck, and I had two 2.0Ah batteries in a gray hard-shell case. One battery has a small red sticker with the initials JM, and the case has a tiny crack on the lid. I really need it back—it's my go-to tool for weekend projects, and I'd be grateful to get it back if someone picked it up near Pioneer Park at the intersection of 2nd Ave and Cushman St in Fairbanks.
