Red-eared slider turtle missing near Eastland Mall
Description
I'm missing my red-eared slider turtle, Wrangler. He's a small adult, about 4-5 inches across his green shell with bright yellow stripes, and a distinctive red patch behind each eye. I last saw him yesterday around 3pm, wandering near the Eastland Mall parking lot off Burkhardt Road in Evansville. He's a friendly little guy, and his shell has a small crack along the right edge from a tumble last month, plus a couple of faint scratches on the plastron. He loves basking under a lamp and hides under rocks, and he's been part of our family since he was a hatchling; my daughter is really attached to him, so this is really worrying. If you've seen him, drop a note here or email me at [email protected].
