Found a blue nylon dog harness this afternoon around 4pm outside the Tesco Express on High Street, Colchester, Essex. It's a size medium with a bright reflective strip along the back, orange piping, and a small pink paw-print patch on the chest strap. The fabric is clean, with a tiny fray on the edge from daily walks. It doesn't have an ID tag, so no owner details, but I know how stressful it is to misplace a pet's stuff—hope to reunite it with its owner.
