Found black rolling suitcase with combination lock near a bench in the gardens by Edinburgh Castle.

Description

I found a black rolling suitcase parked beside a bench in the gardens near Edinburgh Castle on October 10th. The suitcase has a combination lock and is slightly scuffed in some areas but otherwise in good condition. I looked around but couldn't find anyone who seemed to own it, so I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner. If this belongs to you, please provide a description of the bag and any identification marks to claim it.
