Ivory satin ballroom gown with pearl belt

I lost my ivory satin ballroom gown yesterday around 3pm outside the Northern Hotel on 27th Street in downtown Billings, Eastern Montana. It's a size-6 formal wear piece with a delicate pearl-embellished belt and a soft train, and there's a tiny lavender ribbon stitched inside the waist for a unique touch. There's a small tear in the inner lining near the zipper from brushing past a curb, nothing visible from the outside.
