Found Hand Tools on Eastern Shore

I was walking along the quiet street by Easton Library on Monday morning around 6:25 a.m. when I spotted a red canvas tool bag and a metal toolbox lying on the curb. Inside there were a hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, a tape measure, and a few wrenches, all dusty from the damp morning. There’s a faint sticker reading 'R. Carter' on the bag, which might help the owner identify them. If you recognize these tools, please check the site; I’m hoping to reunite them with their owner.
