Missing man, 68, blue windbreaker in Hazard

I lost my dad, Henry Carter, yesterday around 4pm. He was last seen in Hazard, KY near the Welcome Center on Main Street, heading toward Perry Plaza. He wears a faded blue windbreaker with a Kentucky Wildcats logo, tan cargo pants, and sturdy brown loafers, and he has a thin salt-and-pepper mustache. A small dove tattoo sits on his inner left wrist, which is easy to spot. Last I saw him, he was talking to a clerk at the Family Dollar on Main Street and looked a bit disoriented.
