Beige Herschel tote bag found near Union Station
I found this beige Herschel tote bag this morning around 9:15am near New London Union Station on Water Street. It's a medium-sized canvas tote, about 14 by 16 inches, with a bright red lining and a small dark brown leather patch that reads 'Herschel.' One handle has a blue scarf tied to it, and there's a luggage tag with the initials M.R. tucked inside, along with a travel umbrella and a water bottle. I lost my black leather briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the Mystic Seaport entrance on Greenmanville Avenue. It's about 15 inches wide, with brass hardware and a small scratch on the lower right corner. Inside there's a red Moleskine notebook and my initials 'PP' stamped on the lining; I also have a tiny photo of my grandmother tucked in the inner pocket. This briefcase was a gift from my dad and has sentimental value, plus it holds important documents I really need for work, so I’d be grateful to be reunited with it.

Inside there's a laptop sleeve, charger, and a folded note with my initials 'P.K.' in the front pocket. The outer corner has a light scuff and the Kenneth Cole logo is embossed on the front.
