Silver pendant necklace with engraved initials

I lost my silver pendant necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Safeway on Main Street in Sterling, CO (eastern Colorado). It's a slender 18-inch sterling silver chain with a heart-shaped pendant that has a tiny sapphire and 'AP' engraved on the back. The chain is a little tarnished but intact, and the whole piece has a lot of sentimental value—it's a gift from my grandmother. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful to get it back.
