Lost & found dogs in East Oregon

Lost black and white dog with red collar

I lost my black and white beagle mix, Milo, yesterday around 3pm. He's about 38 pounds, with a red nylon collar and a small bone-shaped tag, and he has a white chest with a tiny scar on his right hind leg. Last seen near the East Oregon Community Park entrance off Pine Street by Riverside Market, then heading toward Willow Avenue. This dog means the world to me—my sister relies on him for companionship, and I’m really worried he’ll be out there alone.
