Found light-gray canvas tote bag with pink tassel

I found a light-gray canvas tote bag this morning around 10:15am behind the East Oregon Central Library on Oak Street. It's about 12 inches wide, with a zipper that sticks a bit and some frayed edges. There's a pink tassel charm hanging from the zipper pull, and inside I saw a blue wallet with the initials 'AK' and a panda-stickered sketchbook.
