Sterling silver chain necklace with star charm

I found a sterling silver chain necklace this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Old Market Square tram stop in Nottingham, East Midlands. It's an 18-inch curb chain with a tiny star charm and a small pink enamel heart dangling beside it.
