On Friday at 7:15 p.m., I was finishing a quick practice near Riverfront Park in Idaho Falls, East Idaho, when I stepped away to help a friend. By the time I returned to the bench, my saxophones were gone—the alto in a worn brown case, the silver tenor, and a compact soprano tucked into a blue gig bag. Those instruments have traveled with me through college gigs and late-night rehearsals, and losing them hit hard emotionally. If you found them anywhere near the Riverfront Park bandstand, I’m asking for help to bring them home.
