Description
I found a bundle of old photographs on the sidewalk outside the Dubuque County Courthouse around 9:45 this morning. They show a family at a 1960s picnic, a wedding party by a church, and a riverfront scene with a vintage car. I can imagine the stories behind these images and feel hopeful about reuniting them with their owner.
