Blue-yellow plush dragon found

I found this little blue-and-yellow plush dragon this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Co-op on Fore Street in Barnstaple, Devon. It's about 12 inches long and super soft, with bright orange wings and a tiny white heart-shaped patch on the belly. The left wing has a small repair stitch and there is a faint name tag sewn inside that might help someone identify it. The toy looks well-loved but clean, no strong smells or stains.
