Light-wash Levi's denim jacket with patches

I lost my light-wash Levi's denim jacket yesterday around 3pm near the Des Moines Central Library on Grand Ave in downtown. It's a size M and shows casual wear but with a couple of distinguishing marks: a frayed cuff on the left sleeve, and a small bleach spot on the right hem. Inside the left pocket there's a tiny green embroidery patch of a palm tree—easy to spot if you peek. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it holds real sentimental value and I’m really hoping someone might have found it and kept it safe.
