Found black tuxedo jacket with tags hanging on a bench in Kenney Park, Des Moines.

I found a black tuxedo jacket hanging on a bench while walking through Kenney Park in downtown Des Moines last Saturday afternoon. It looks like it was recently dry cleaned, as it still has the tags attached. I'm hoping to return it to its owner, as it seems like an important piece of formal wear for any upcoming events.
