Red Yamaha snare drum with green sticker
I lost my red Yamaha snare drum yesterday around 3pm near the Decatur Square, outside the CVS on Church Street. It's a 14x5.5-inch snare with a bright lacquer finish, white Remo heads, and a small dent on the rim from a gig spill. A green star sticker from my high school band is on the shell, and there's a blue dampening rag tucked inside to mute the snare. This drum is sentimental to me—my grandfather gave it to me, and I practice in my garage most nights. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
Black Yamaha snare drum with red star sticker
I lost my black Yamaha Stage Custom snare drum, 14x5.5 inches, yesterday around 3pm outside the Little Shop of Stories on Church Street in Decatur. The shell is matte black with a few light scratches and a noticeable dent near the top rim, plus a bright red star sticker on the badge that makes it easy to spot. This drum has been my go-to for every band rehearsal since college, and it carries a lot of sentimental value because it’s the main snare I rely on for gigs. I also have small blue painter’s tape marks along the shell from where I marked tuning adjustments, and the snare wires show a tiny rust spot near the edge. If you found it or know where it is, please reach out — it would mean the world to me.
