I found a blue canvas tote bag this afternoon around 2:15 pm outside the Brick Store Pub near Decatur Square. It's medium-sized, a bit worn, with a small coffee stain on the bottom corner. Attached to the zipper are bright enamel pins and a red panda keychain that’s pretty distinctive. Inside is a small spiral notebook with doodles of local landmarks and a MARTA bus schedule tucked in the pocket.
