Blue US passport with creases, lost in Cumberland Valley

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the CVS on Main Street in Cumberland Valley. It's a standard blue cover, a bit creased at the top corner, with a coffee stain on the back and a small tear along the photo page edge. The inside page shows the name Priya Patel; the passport is still in the original leather sleeve I kept it in, so there's no other distinguishing marks besides slight wear. I really need it back—it's essential for an international trip next month and carries sentimental value from my grandmother who helped me apply.
